Thanks for playing Driftfire! Here's how to get help, report a problem, or suggest something.
The best way is from inside the game. Open Report a problem / Send feedback — it's on the pause menu, on the About screen, and on the screen that appears if an online match can't connect. It opens your email app with a short diagnostics report already attached: the app version, your device and OS, your settings, and the most recent in-game log. A report about the computer opponent also includes the AI's decision trace. Just add a note about what happened and press send.
Why this is best: that attached detail is usually what turns “it broke” into a fixable bug, with no back-and-forth. Nothing is sent automatically — the app only prepares the email, and you press send.
Join the Driftfire Discord to report a problem, ask a question, share feedback, and hear about playtests — the quickest way to reach us when you're not in the game:
Prefer a public tracker? Open an issue — useful for a feature idea, or to see what's already been reported:
A free GitHub account is required. An issue starts with none of the diagnostics above, so for a bug the in-game report is faster.
Email driftfire.app@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. If you're reporting a problem, please include your device model, your iOS/iPadOS version, and what you were doing when it happened — it helps a lot.
Do I need an internet connection?
No — Driftfire is pass-and-play on a single device.
Does it collect my data?
Not during normal play. If you send us feedback or a bug report, you share what's in it with us
— see the Privacy Policy.
